Who We Are

This website is operated by Claire Sutton, author of ADHD planners, workbooks, and organizational guides, available at claire-sutton.com. By using this site or purchasing a product from it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or make a purchase.

The Site

This site provides information about Claire Sutton's books, free resources, and a catalogue of downloadable planner and tracker tools. Nothing on this site is medical, financial, or legal advice. See the "Not Medical Advice" section below.

Digital Products

Some pages on this site — currently the tools page — offer digital products (spreadsheets, PDFs, and similar files) for one-time purchase and instant download.

• Delivery. Products are delivered digitally, immediately after payment, by the payment processor. No physical item is shipped.
• License. Purchasing a product gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own household or personal purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or republish the files, in whole or in part, in any format — including on marketplaces, file-sharing sites, or as part of another product.
• Refunds. Because these are instantly-delivered digital files, all sales are final and non-refundable once downloaded, except where a file is genuinely defective, corrupted, or not as described — contact us and we'll fix it or refund it.
• Payment processing. Purchases are processed by a third-party payment provider (currently Stripe). Their terms and privacy policy also apply to the transaction. We do not store your card details.
• Pricing. Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time without notice; the price you pay is the price shown at the time of purchase.

Not Medical Advice

Nothing on this site, and no product sold on it — including the Medication & Symptom Tracker and the Hard-Day Reset Kit — is medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare provider. These are self-organisation and self-tracking tools only. If you are in crisis or may be at risk of harm, contact local emergency services or a crisis service — this site is not crisis support.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site and in the products sold on it — text, design, layout, artwork, and the underlying files — is owned by Claire Sutton or licensed to her, and is protected by copyright. Other than the personal-use licence granted on purchase, nothing on this site may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

This site links to third-party services, including Amazon. As an Amazon Associate, purchases made through those links may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site you reach from a link here.

Site Use

You agree not to use this site to do anything unlawful, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or to interfere with its normal operation. We may restrict or remove access for anyone who misuses the site.

Limitation of Liability

This site and its products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Claire Sutton is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
